  • 5 small seedless watermelons
  • 1.5lb sunmaid raisins
  • 28 cups sugar
  • juice of 14 small lemons
  • Montrachet yeast
  • Poland spring water (4 gallons)

Cut the watermelons in half and use an ice cream scoop to get out all the good stuff. Liquefy the watermelon in a food processor. Yield about 1.75 gallons liquid. Mix all the ingredients in 7 gallon bucket and top up to 6 gallons.
