Cut the watermelons in half and use an ice cream scoop to get out all the good stuff. Liquefy the watermelon in a food processor. Yield about 1.75 gallons liquid. Mix all the ingredients in 7 gallon bucket and top up to 6 gallons. S.G. 1.120 PH 4.0 11/10/10 S.G. 1.014 Tastes like watermelon, smells like yeast. 1/8/2011 S.G. 1.000 still yeasty. needs more time. tastes good otherwise. 4/3/2011 S.G. 0.998 Good aroma, still needs time. 9/5/2011 S.G. 0.994 Good aroma, still needs time. |
