  • 3.5lb fresh south jersey cranberries
  • 1lb sunmaid raisins
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pectic enzyme
  • montrachet yeast
  • Poland Spring water

Chopped the cranberries and raisins in the food processor. Mixed ingredients in 2 gallon bucket and topped up to 1.75 gallons.
